Order Cancellation - Right of Withdrawal
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
- Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by phone at +30 210 7018232 10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday but also by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address: info@tsourani.gr
- After receiving the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within two (2) calendar days from the day of receiving the product that is being proved by the transport company’s official and valid receipt (no copies accepted).
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in the excellent condition received, without damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.
If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded in full, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order by deposit in your personal account, upon our notification by you.
